Thank you for considering me in your search for a therapist. I am a mother of three. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and reading. I bring more than 35 years of clinical mental health experience and service to individuals, couples, and families. I started Perspectives Therapeutic Services with Intention; Intention to assist others in reflecting, healing, growing, into the best version of themselves as individuals, parents, in relationships. Perspectives Therapeutic Services provides a broad spectrum of quality counseling in Metropolitan Detroit, Southfield, West Bloomfield, and surrounding areas. I provide mental health services for adults, adolescents, and children treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief
and loss, and anger management and partner trauma. In addition to counseling, I provide domestic violence classes, anger management classes, and mediation.
I work with children age 3 through adults 103 providing individual, couples, family, and groups to work on a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: separation, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and attachment, self-esteem, stress, grief, anger management, identity, school refusal, ADHD and chronic pain and illness, and identity. As a woman of color and LGBTQ+ ally, I practice with an equitable lens, serving all cultures, races, ethnicities, and identities.
